where do I find books and how to read them?

There are 2 ways of getting a book.
- They appear in your mission store and you can buy them using mission points
- You have a chance to get them as monthly gift if you buy a subscription (Donator pack does not work)
As for how to read them, it's passive. The books get stored in your inventory (items) and you get a read option when ypu click on it.
You can also find them in city i think
