Wanted to share something I tried a few years ago.

Straight from the trailer park

What you'll need...

2 pounds of beef

6 tablespoons of chili powder

6 tablespoons of onion powder

8 tablespoons of lemon pepper

1/16 cup of minced dried onion

A box of elbow macaroni

1 jar of cheese and marinara sauce

1 container of Cottage cheese

1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1. Brown the 2 pounds of beef into a large pot, add the chili powder, onion powder, lemon pepper and minced onion halfway through the browning phase. Add more spice if it's not flavored enough.

When the beef is done, let it rest, DO NOT DRAIN THE FAT/GREASE.

Boil the macaroni for 12 to 14 minutes until tender. Once finished, strain the macaroni and then dump the macaroni in with the beef, stir it in. Add the marinara sauce and cheese sauce afterwards. Stir everything together.

In a large lasagna tray, make a layer of the hamburger mixture about 2 inches thick. Smooth it out. Add the whole container of cottage cheese on top. Smooth it out. Add the second layer of the hamburger mixture on top, Smooth it out. Add a generous helping of mozzarella on top to cover it like a lid.

Bake the pie at 350⁰ for 20 to 30 minutes or until the mozzarella is slightly brown. Pull it out of the oven and rest for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot with breadsticks.

Enjoy.

I thought you spelled coliflower in your post but I think roasted cauliflower would be a good addition to these recipies cauliflower adds a nice crisp refreshing crunch that feels more dense then lettuce
