Torn’s city Dump is well known to be full of shit trash.

While everyone is worried about their travel capacity, flight time, and item usability, no one is talking about a silent feature of Travel 2.0 Phase 2…you can also trash an item overseas.

Maybe there's an RNG that someone will catch it when you discard something on the plane once it gets tossed out the window, causing either a hospital stay for a Dahila Flower landing on their head or it being added to their inventory.

Ah, yes, I can see it now, overseas dumps, only searchable with a hazmat suit. Or maybe we'll start having random drops where things will just randomly fall out of the sky and land squarely on our Torn residents. One day little Suzy was about to deliver a dirty bomb to her factions boss so that they could use it in the right place. Instead a hammer was thrown out of a Torn airplane and smacked Suzy between the eyes. This caused Suzy to drop the dirty bomb right in the middle of her factions HQ. Now Suzy and a whole lot of other Torn people are in the hospital, or possibly in Torns' cemetery, glowing like a night light.
They probably feel very happy about it.
