Yes, the game did some Chedding a while ago and mines full of low work stat players became a lot less effective.
And electric cars suck
It's less that they are mass hiring, and more that there are more and more of them being created, and thus more of them recruiting employees. The company is fairly profitable, so quite alot of people are creating them. The company market swings season to season... PSF -> OIL -> Mine, etc.. who knows whats next, if someone finds a trick or easy profitable business.
mines got chedded and had to replace 3-4 slots with good employees, not green leafs so the demand is up
