How about a job perk or stock perk etc that allows you to send someone home from overseas.

This has been asked for a couple of times in the past, but I still maintain the stance that there really shouldn't be many things that players can force upon other players. The only things that come to mind are attacking them (forcing them to go to the hospital for a while and maybe hand over some cash in the process), delaying their flight, and... I suppose arresting them if you're in a DA. But other than that, I can't really think of many ways that players can directly force a player to do something or into a status. Because really, the flight delay doesn't force much of anything, it just keeps them on the plane a little longer (which may actually be beneficial for them), and the hospital and jail, players can bust, bail, or med out of them. You force someone onto a plane and you force them to wait out a timer to arrive back at Torn, wasting potentially several hours or even a full day of their time entirely against their will. Nothing else in the game has that level of effect, not even dirty bombs.
