as i saw many graphics and arts into the forum I was thinking about the possibility of customising torn interface in a deeper way and being able to manipulate my own account css to get my personal torn, this would also allow graphic section players to get new commissions from those who do not want to do it or don’t have the knowledge him/herself.

Well... You... kinda can... but it's certainly not as simple as picking logos and images and calling it good. But as far as I'm aware, anyone can make an extension for Torn that graphically changes the game to their hearts content, as long as it doesn't break any of Torn's scripting rules (not that a visual only extension would).

yeah tampermonkey is fancy javascript so you can take basically any image and use it afaik
