Bro, if you got all that from me not quite grasping how little chat is appreciated in the Bugs and Issues thread, you should give up your day job and become an analyst. (and definitely find a hobby to fill your free time).. I cant help but smh when people I barely even heard of suddenly become experts on me and feel the need to tell me about myself. I've only been "put in power" (in a browser based video game.... power... rofl)  one time and that was because I worked my ass off. I certainly didnt get there by finding someone more prolific than me and going at them incessantly in the forums and hoping people would remember my name ...... js 

I know youre in YABA and looking hard for some clout, but being known as the nub fighting with Mike in the forums isnt quite the flex you think it is. Make your own mark in the game and dont piggyback off of others that have already done so. People will respect it more in the long run. 

My advice is: Take some "you time" and try to get past all this trauma that my heinous actions have caused you, and hopefully you can get back to playing a game centered around you, and not some dude prolly halfway around the world that doesnt even know you. You literally ARE the shit on my shoe, ya fuckin goof, lol. 

I know if it was up to you, this would last forever, but I'm shutting your clock off at 15 minutes. I dont feel like being "guy who lowers himself to humor bothersome nub" but you can feel free to be "bothersome nub, tryin way too hard" and keep writing books on me. So clearly, I made a boo boo by wanting a discussion to continue in Bugs and Issues when that shit is obviously very frowned upon there, and expressing as much in a snarky post to Squid that I really thought would land better than it did. I underestimate you guys sometimes, and zigged when I shoulda zagged.. Certainly not the worst mistake I've made in this game, or the first, likely wont be the last. 

Prolly be 1/2 a page if its anyone else, but its me, and the chances to catch me in the wrong dont come along every day, so I understand the peanut gallery are gonna try to grab the easy karma when they can, the Mike Hate Club will show up, and even people that were cool with me will take a jab or two, bc alls fair in love and karma. 

Thems the breaks, and its all good. I do the same shit and its fine. 

However...

When I publicly apologize for my misstep to my Faction and publicly and privately do the same with Squid, people should pack up the pitchforks and torches and head on back to the village. Youre not gonna chase me outta the game, make me break down in tears or accomplish anything but get your ass roasted by trying to make a mountain out of an obvious molehill. 

Try hards are annoying, and if you annoy me, ima blast the fuck outta your dumb ass until ya finally find something else to do. What actually happened doesnt warrant this much effort from some of you guys and I never ever get tired of putting messy motherfuckers in their place when they come my way, so do us both a favor and move along.

Just gotta ask yourself who is worse? A dude that made a goof on the forums in one of his thousands of posts, apologizes for it, and moves on or the people who somehow think this is a huge event that they need to beat into the ground because another player polarizes them that much.

You’re easy to be an expert on for two reasons.  First, you are transparent.  Like with the ‘barely heard of’ thing; since you are entirely uninterested in other people, you’ve never tried to see what they see.  Which means you don’t know that everyone can see you.  You are naked in public.

Second, guys like you are a dime a dozen.  You chase clout.  You self-aggrandize (“I WORKED MY ASS OFF!”).  You belittle others in private and in public to make yourself look big (I was about to embark on a great charity project, when WaywardSquid ruined it!), because you view credit with a scarcity mindset.  There’s only so much of it, and you can’t share or you’ll never have enough.   We have all….  almost every one of us….  had a boss like you. You are common.  Mundane.  Unoriginal.  Everyone who has worked a bullshit job is an expert on you.

You haven’t caused me trauma.  You’ve made me tired.   I’m tired of guys like you mistaking their own short sightedness for subtlety.  If you take one thing away from this discussion let it be this:  You are obvious, and you are ordinary.

This isn’t about piling on for your mistake today.  It’s the overarching pattern of narcissism, poor leadership, projection, disloyalty, and self-aggrandizement stretching back for years that form the manifest core of your ‘contribution’ to this community.  My goal isn’t to run you off.  It’s to underscore your irrelevance.

Fortunately, you’re relatively harmless in Torn moving forward as long as nobody ever puts you in charge of anything meaningful ever again.  Without any authority, your path of destruction is confined to the power of your words….   which grows less and less the more you say.
