I fly to do mission with weapons when I start fight not me not target has weapons or armours

i used 2 attacks luckily complete mission
fight was on iPad. No extension on ipad
- Weapons and armor are temporarily restricted when departing Torn during this phase.
- Weapons and armor purchased abroad can still be equipped, though ammunition will not be accessible.
Not a bug, we're in phase 2 of the travel updates
