odd attack

Hi, Is this odd... with an mp25 only fired 2 shots chest and heart 60 and 98 points. not complaining just curious how such a small handgun could do this much damage.  I am new (4 days) but i have not seen damage like this, from any of the weapons i have. shotgun, rifle, or pistol

It's based off a multitude of things like what weapon/perks/mods, stats, armor/coverage, where it hits you (heart, head and throat are considered critical hits),  whether it's special or regular ammo, etc.

You need to pump up those numbers.

  MotherFucker critically hit BadMotherFucker with his Diamond Bladed Knife in the Head for 2366 .  05:04:41

Those are rookie numbers.

Someone critically hit xxxxx with their Katana in the Head for 12284

You can get really big numbers...98 is nothing. There are merits for doing 15000 damage in a single attack

First few levels can be achieved pretty quickly with minimal effort.

Doesnt look strange to me.

also, there's a multiplier on hit, your damage on different body part will also be different, with head at the highest multiplier (cmiiw)

In Torn, there is always a bigger fish. And this isn't a Goliath situation, no matter what you launch at them, lower stats (regardless of level difference) means you're getting pummeled.
