Just an idea... I know it sounds crazy but... Maybe you should send a message to the one who made that list?
Not much of a guide but from what i heard you can basically do all the emotionally motivated arsons with a single gasoline and light it just wait for it to be done
The previous guides were all compiled by a player named Emforus, who did a fantastic job of compiling all the information and writing good, easy to follow and comprehensive guides for all of the other crimes in 2.0. It is a massive effort. I for one am very grateful for all the work he has done.
But for whatever reason, he has chosen not to complete a guide to the arson crime. That is his choice. Sometimes, there are reasons why things don't get done that we can't see but I feel pretty sure that Emforus must have his reasons for not continuing with the series of guides that he started and that's just the way it is.

Moderators need to add this to the guide list sticky. I wasn't even aware it existed.
It is a player who made the post and havent updated it for a while.
It is worth to check the guides forum posts manually sometimes. :)
