Ched announced the changes a week in advance, as well as the roadmap for these updates. Not his fault if you can't be bothered to read the announcements. - SwiftTitan [1032989]

How are people still complaining about this?! If you didn't even notice the change for WEEKS that means it wasn't a mechanic you used or cared about much in the first place. Imagine publicly rage quitting over that. Edit: lol …
but but but but like this is just like phase 1.0 of travel 2.0 and "being able to take your shit with you" is in a planned future phase X update to travel 2.0
remeber that updates need to be rolled out GraDuAlLy for tuning and tweaking since we test in production
To that response I would say, stop putting shit out before its finished.
when we donate we don’t gradually send you pennies that will one day add up to a dollar, so we don’t expect to be spoon fed broken updates.

this is just one part of a multi-part update. you will be able to take equipment abroad again in a future update. updates need to be rolled out gradually to polish them and fix bugs in a live environment.
The patch notes can say whatever they want, doesn’t change the fact that this entire update is a steaming pile of horseshit.
all good, gives more reason to put my time into other games where devs actually listen to paying customers/players.
If there isn't gonna be ammo, why buy guns then????

How do you expect Ched to announce something to every single player other than using the forums? Should there be a big flashing wall of text over our screens every time the devs want to tell us something? The forums are a perfectly appropriate place to post announcements.
I bet someone could make a lot of money by inventing a framework where you have a different place to test shit besides your production environment
