Idk but I definitely didn't get one when I reached that level, and I'm not happy about it. Staff should fix that. 🤷🏼♀️

Once you reached level 69 you would get a Pack of Trojans. This was a reference to the fact that Torn City doesn’t care about your sexual health because when you 69 you should have a dental dam as well.
But then they realized that there are no women on Torn so the Pack of Trojans were actually the correct item. To drive home the point that Torn City officials do not care about your sexual health, they no longer provide these.
Can confirm, no trojans for me
