This is a rough one. The accused is in your faction. So being part of the faction and endorsing it themselves, it's not too much a stretch to say that it's endorsed by the faction. One could argue that based on them not being leadership, it's a false endorsement, but also one could argue that you're "approving" so to speak of the behavior by keeping them in the faction. Just some thoughts, hope you can get it sorted out. Won't be using their service anyway.
