hello just wondering if i bulk buy losses and equip a prof weapon during the population exp day, will the exp bonus still happen?

According to the news article, you get exp per hit, so i assume so
That being said, i doubt many noobs will be looking to sell losses on an attacking event
you will gain xp for your weapons from losses (i'm pretty sure) but no xp towards your level
