Adult novelties, if what you care about is Gym gains/Money. If you care about travelling income a flower store may also be interesting to you. If you care about specifically pushing your strength you could also consider joining a stripclub
Noob jobs clicky
Adult Novelties is probably the top choice for most. The e-dvds that can be used for happy jumps, or selling for $4M each.

Would be long days before getting the e-dvds tho as new player may only qualify to enter low stars company. But yea, that's viable and good choice.

The answer to this question is entirely dependant on the level, or number of stars, the company has. Right about the time you grow out of benifiting from happy jumps your work stats will qualify you for a 10* AN! LOL
E-dvd perk is at 3* and above, so every 7 days at 3*. Less if higher stars. Not that long.
A 10* AN gave me ajob when I was a newbie and still in happy jump range
Get in a good faction, some have companies that will hire you,
Easiest way to get jobs: Send job application to every 10* AN and any 9s that are close to crossing over
