All tables are nice and soft, you can choose it according to your bankroll.
start with coming up with a percent of your net worth you are willing to lose every time you play poker. If you have a 2b net worth then 20m table would be fine. Usually you only want to risk 1-2 percent of NW
Play all of them until you find a level where you think people are similarly skilled, and build a bankroll properly from there. There's no shame in starting down at the $200k or lower tables until you find what's right.
One day you might lose your bankroll and have to go back there so it's good to have some friends :P totally not speaking from experience..
