I want to join a faction and they not accepting me and i apply to ten faction TEN and they have lower levels so whyyyyyyyyy...........

Have you reached out to the faction leaders before applying? Do you write anything in your application? Have you tried checking the recruitment thread?

The problem is likely your player activity. It looks from your stats that you login maybe once a day. You're 25 days old and your best activity streak is 4 days. You've got 6 hours of total playtime...
Start logging in 2 or 3 times a day, keep doing your new player missions, level up a little bit. If you do all that, finding a faction will be easy. Look for a faction with 1mil+ respect that accepts new players.
You're on the right track, joining a faction is a key part of the game. Don't lose hope!
