Yes to get out of hospital you have choice here
- wait hospital time end (Free)
- Use medical item ( small / medium / morphine / blood bag )
- Use drug (opium)
- Revive ( need player who have revive ability to do it for you usually expensive )
And yes people are keep selling it all the time try look on trade chat and request them or in hospital also if you stay in faction usually provide this stuff
