The main place you get points is from the Points Market. If you are asking how else you generate points, the main way is through trading Plushie/Flower sets at the Museum after completing the History Education.
You can also get them when opening Donator Packs, or buying large amounts of Donator Packs for real money. There's a daily subscriber draw where 5 random Subscribers get points every day.
You can also refer your friends to the game and get 250 points for every 10 levels they get to

There's a stock called Pointless. When you own the required amount of stock you get 100 points every week as dividend.
You can get small amount of points from certain crimes also. 01:19:27 - 19/01/26 You used 4 nerve successfully shoplifting from Cyber Force gaining 7 points (unique)
You can get points from the museum as well by trading in things like plushie sets. That does require you finish the entire history section of education. There are other more valuable sections like Sports science you should do before that.
You can also buy points in the points market , it is located in the city.
