I just remembered technology forums exist on torn.
So I'm here asking how do i change default permissions -rw-rw-rw- (666) or drwxrwxrwx(777) without using umask.
Also, how do i add sticky bits as umask? Is that even possible?

The umask is what sets the default permissions, but you can change them afterwards with chmod
You can not set the sticky bit or any of the other 4 first bits using an umask, you always have to do this specifically with chmod.
If you use SELinux or ACLs, you'll have to RTFM, they can affect this.
A followup, generally my recommendation would be to not rely on the umask to set permissions correctly, instead always set them explicitly when you are creating files in scripts or other code.
