So,I noticed this today, I did a watch list delay on someone flying back from argentina:

 

 

19:45:55 - 23/07/26 You used 50 / 483 job points on Watchlist increasing dojacow's flight time by 1h 58m

 

Within a few minutes, theyre flying back to Argentina according to their status.  Not sure how this works but it doesnt seem like it would be an intended outcome
