I think it would be could to add a new weapon like a pencil with really sucky stats but I hands of a high lvl is can be a deadly weapons and probably make it super expensive. May or may not have been influenced by John Wick.

So a contradictory weapon that only benefits certain users?
So... The more you play, the more you'll realize that a weapons stats don't make nearly as much of a difference as your own battlestats. The only thing that really compares to battlestats is a weapons bonus, like Stun or Sure-shot. We don't have a pencil, but we do have a pillow, which provides the same effect as you're wanting.
That being said. I think a pencil that has generally bad stats, but has a really high stealth stat would be neat.
