Im pretty new and still finding tools. I've come to rely on torn pda for planning my travel. I'm wondering if there is a way to get a stock history that goes back further? Either with torn pda, or an outside source.

Torn-Intel has a website for it. You have to make an account to see restock times though. The basic version tells you what’s in stock now.
