🏅 Awards in Torn — A Player’s Guide
📖 What Awards Are
Awards are achievements you earn by completing challenges across almost every aspect of Torn.
-
They reward you with honor bars, medals, and Merits.
-
Some honors are default (like country flags) and don’t need to be earned.
-
Others require grinding, skill, or unique actions in-game.
⚠️ Note: Awards are being reworked with Crimes 2.0, so some listed awards may no longer exist, while new ones are being added.

-
Focus on Merits: Awards give Merits, which are crucial for stat upgrades. Prioritize awards that unlock Merits quickly.
-
Faction synergy: Many attacking honors and medals tie into faction chains — coordinate with your team.
-
Event participation: Seasonal events (Halloween, Torn of the Dead, Valentine’s) often unlock unique honors. Don’t miss them.
-
Crimes grind: With Crimes 2.0, crime medals are shifting. Players recommend diversifying crime attempts to unlock multiple categories.
-
Legacy honors: Some honors are now token-shop exclusives. Grab them if you want a complete collection.
-
Balance fun and grind: Don’t burn out chasing every award. Pick the ones that align with your playstyle (combat, economy, crimes, or social).
