    Look at the top ranked pubs, and copy them. What they're doing is getting them to the top of the pack.

Question regarding employee roles within a pub.

Am currently at 5star then realised i only had 1 Bartender, changed that yesterday to 2 and result was 3 times the amount of people served,

Any experienced Pub Owners out there that can offer me advice as to how many of what roles I should be looking at.
