I've noticed over the last week or so every once in a while when taking multiple alcohol items that sometimes, like one in about 50ish it will give double but not apply the cooldown. I've checked the logs and it doesn't show. Not sure if intended or not as a random luck thing. But with the upcoming event dont want any issues to arise.
I am guessing it is a rounding occurrence.
Maybe due to some perk or that your alcohol gives slightly more than 1 nerve
you are getting a rounded up point of nerve every so often.
You have not received 2 (or more) nerve from any of the alcohol that you have used in the past week.
