I think forums counts? I'm not sure if there're any other equivalents of social media in torn, unless you include the torn-related communities in third party apps like the official torn discord.
Similar to what Drowned said, forums are Torns major "social media" aspect. However, its generally advised to avoid shitposting bullshit (especially for new players) on the forums unless you're totally fine with other players potentially bountying/attacking you over it (at least in the General Discussion section). Torn staff may also grave posts that dont inspire discussion/are sufficiently low quality, so if you're going to shitpost, do it well.
Theres also chats, such as the new player chat you're in now, and later on a chat for all Torn players in Torn, though thats less posting and more just talking.
There is a Roleplay forum that might be appropriate? I've never gone there, but you could check it out
