Has anyone watched the new Ricky Gervais animated show on Netflix?

It's been getting something of a critical drubbing.

"I knew Ricky Gervais’ Alley Cats was going to be terrible, but Christ" and "Gervais’s abysmal Netflix cartoon is the worst thing to happen to cats since Cats" to name but two.

I have given the first episode a watch but I won't bother with the rest. Frankly the reviews were too kind.

I fucking love swearing. But when all you've got is fucking swearing then you're going to look a bit of a ****.

I don't have Netflix currently, it is very expensive and very low on content in my country so I'll probably wait for Christmas next year when they release the next Ricky Gervais stand up special to subscribe and watch Alley Cats.

However based on the trailers I have watched it looks funny, and the artistic style reminds me a bit of Hannah & Barbara.

The trailers probably showed the cleanest bits though, since they only had very little swearing.
