It's an inquiry regarding the extent of this rule. I'm thinking of making a script that only runs on my device completely offline, there won't be any interaction with torn api, will click a button in the live page that I'm viewing

The script is going to automatically click a button in Torn? If that's what you mean no, that is against the rules.

Rule of thumb is one click = one action. If you press one button in the script, it should (generally) only press one button in Torn. For example, you can't just have a script that opens a ton of packs for you. It cannot make a click without you prompting (ex: watch for this, then click), nor can it do more than one click per action. There are some exceptions as far as I know, but that is the rule of thumb.
