I think it would be really nice if faction leads could restrict what perks certain members can access.
Do you hold up your OC buy flying a lot? Travel perks removed. Do you train during chains or wars? No more gym perks.

I just put them into the Naughty Chair role and take away all their perms until they behave. It gets really embarrassing after the fifteenth time you gotta ask someone to send you meds.
