You can trade from the hospital.
You absoloutely can, it buggles my mind that so many think you can't.
So here's the guide:
Step 1: Go to the hospital page, at the top you can turn your revives off, do that.
Step 2:
Use a ipecac or wrong blood type if you have the education.
Step 3:
Enjoy a mug free trading experience.
