Add a weapon mod for a binary trigger. A binary trigger fired on pulling the trigger and releasing it.
My vision would be it would turn any gun into a homemade double tap that always triggers.
It would turn double tap into quadruple tap when the double tap procs.
Mod restricted to primary and secondary weapons that use bullets with rate of fire greater than 1-1.
So would exclude blunderbuss, flare gun, china lake and the like.
