Using my Training Window was suggested to me and I do not have one nor do I know what it is??? Thought I would like to have one!!!

I assume your in a faction that wars
If this is the case a training window would be a period of time where your not warring and can instead devote all E to training.
Also known as a training break
You have to close the War Door to open Training Window!

So, Training Window is a scheduled, multi-day or multi-week break between Ranked Wars where members are ordered to halt all combat and focus 100% of their Energy on gym training to build battle stats.
