There are various 1$ store but literally all of them are locked for me is there a way to unlock it?

$1 items are locked to a random set of players for every item put in the bazaar.
There will be others you can buy that someone else cannot.
If nobody buys them in a long enough period, it adds more random people to the ones who can buy them.
