I messaged Smokey123 to see if there was a reason why i couldnt Name change to "Clark" it just says This name is too similar to another citizen's
Not the usual, this name is unavailable or you need to pay x amount of points
He instructed me to name change to CLARK and that it would be free to Name change to lowercase afterwards, Obviously It let me change to CLARK but it is still coming up "This name is too similar to another citizen's" when i try to change from uppercase to lowercase for "Clark"
