Your question is pretty unclear. I'm going to take a guess and assume you're talking about your maximum nerve rather than just gaining nerve. There's no drug that can increase your maximum nerve, maximum nerve raises naturally as your CE (Crime Experience) increase. Just do your crimes, and it'll go up naturally. It's referred to as your NNB (Natural Nerve Bar). Another thing which can raise it is company special (10* Pub), and more notably faction perks up to +40 maximum nerve.
Cannabis/LSD can give nerve, but not maximum nerve. Same with alcohol.
cannabis is a drug which increases nerve. crimes increase maximum nerve
you can also get nerve from points building and alcohol but OP wanted it from drugs apparently
