Looking for info on ranked wars and the rank decay mechanisms.

New system in place. My understanding is that if you don’t war for 6 weeks you get dropped to unranked until you re-enlist. Then your rank will be based on stats and ELO.
Appreciate the info, I had read about it being 10weeks but see things have changed.
