60b lmao. No. thats basically a 1.16*1.16= 35% warlord. Checking market, a 38% is 20b, and a 28% is 4b. Midway, id say thats worth 15b or so. Deduct 2b for it not being a real 35% warlord but having revit in. So market sell value is 13b, you should have 13b as a buyout and expect 10-11b for it. Or just chuck it on auction and let soemone else do the math lol
