auction house price not resetting

Device: samsung SM-G973W Android: 12 App version: 2.3.37

 

pretty self explanatory but when i bid on an item in the auction house..current bid at 2mil for example..i bid 4mil, now the same persons bid is 4 mil but bids count didnt rise. so i proceed to do 6mil with the new bid being 4..it tells me its still not high enough and new bid is yet again 6mil. until finally i get to a point where im over the actual bid and it finally goes through. seems to be an issue with the app in the live bidding process. 

 

side not you guys should possibly look at your instructions in regards to uploading a screenshot with your bug report. its stating bbcode is still in use,but i was told its just html now?

I think that’s the intended behaviour. Otherwise you could keep on bidding the minimum amount needed and get the bid count to go pretty high, making it look like there is a lot of interest for the item

Number of bids is basically number of successful bids. Otherwise the number is not really reliable because an Item can get hundreds of fake bids incrementing by $100 every time, as mentioned above.
