Made a hit for 5k exactly sometime within the past few weeks, not exactly sure when, as I've gone through the past 2 weeks of logs and haven't found it, but the award isn't triggering for me. I've tried going through the awards/honors pages a few times on different devices, with and without scripts/torntools, and no luck. Or is this
The calculation done in personal stats is adds damage over time effects to the initial hit, while the award only takes into account the hit itself. That's likely the reason what happened. If you look in personal stats, it should show the day when you reached your best damage and look for attack logs made on that day.
I highly doubted that, as I don't currently use anything with DoT in my loadout, but I did find the corresponding attack log, it was part of an NPC attack, and the DoTs from others got counted in my damage...

Adds up to 5,000 exactly, so it looks like I still need to make a 5k hit, though it seems odd that DoT from others are added to my own damage..
Not odd, the effects that someone applies to the person/npc getting attacked work for all attackers, its not "someone else's effect" it applies to everyone attacking. So if someone applies poison, everyone has poison DOT in their turn until the effect is over and etc
For the awards, you need raw damage of 5k/10k/15k, without any DoT (Damage over Time) effects. DoT effects are not personalized to the player who applied the effect. Meaning if the damage tick takes place when you swing at the opponent, the damage is credited to you (even if you miss or hit for zero damage or throw a temp).
