We need Heroin added to the item market.
Why? Because I want maximum realism. If I have to battle a crippling heroin addiction IRL, I want at least be able to grind my battle stats with one in the game. It's called roleplay.
Proposed effects:
1000 happiness(feels awesome)
50% reduction on incoming attack damage(numb to everything)
99% drop in speed and dex(your upper body spends 7 hours fighting an invisible, losing battle against gravity)
every1 tag chedburn we can make this happen🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

In this case tagging would be upvoting. I think you need 250 upvotes nowadays to have it moved up the chain of command.
BTW the first step to battling an addiction is admitting you have one and acknowledging the damage it is causing. I sincerely hope your comment was comedy but if it was sincere. I hope you use this self awareness to start forging a path to recovery. ❤️🩹
I'm not much of an addict anymore but I still dabble in these(quit most of the heavy stuff though). Mostly for spiritual reasons

Probably not, especially how you have it suggested. Particularly the... well actually everything. Granting you a significant chunk of happiness and a serious buff to your damage mitigation is no small thing. And dropping your speed and dex to practically nothing is pretty serious, too. Sounds like something you take right before training in the gym and hopping on a territory wall, making thiccums even more thicc. As helpful as that would be to me personally, I don't think it would be a good addition.
