I've been looking, but haven't found a clear answer. Is there place to see the underdog bonus after a RW? Like who had it or not? Or is it a hidden factor?

Hidden factor
If you mean the boost to rewards, that was removed in the previous RW rework.
(Not the one that only just happened, the one before that)
If you mean your factions performance modifier based on how well you fight, which acts as a modifier to your faction strength for match-ups, that is hidden.
