I saw one last night in trader forums.
Its new. It requires collateral as it should, but im unsure of the usecase for loans that require equivalent collateral.
Personally im unsure of the viability of such systems in Torn. Theres no easy shortcuts to wealth.

Very few people provide loans it because it's a massive risk, given the amount of feckless idiots and degenerate gamblers on here. Duke does it because he has pretty effective ways of recovering debt.
