    I have a 4k monitor and with brightness cranked up to full, I am still not seeing anything in your provided screenshot. I am going to close this as a non-issue. Thanks!

when looking at individual crimes, the xp bar somehow extends to the left beyond even the browser limits. 

barely noticeable (but annoyingly so once you do), basically 2 opaque lines, tried uploading a picture, but it's pretty hard to see. 
using 4k monitor with torn on the right side and mpc-hc on the left, which is why i noticed it. 

might just be related to my monitor. when trying to upload a picture in higher quality, i just noticed the same result from the screenshot when scrolling horizontally on the page. using chrome browser.

when moving another window, (explorer) in front of these lines, they disapear.

i've tried with a fullscreen screenshot, and some arrows and drew 2 lines to make it a bit more obvious, but i'm guessing it's just something weird my monitor does, since in this case it happens when viewing the screenshot, and not on torn itself. 

either way, i'm not crazy, i swear!!
