Similar to a recent post on the same topic about OD duration, yes, 24 hours is a long time, but it's also infrequent enough to not really matter most of the time. Xanax has an estimated OD rate of sub 5%. Less than 5% of the time, you get 24hrs of not being able to take any drugs. In return, the other 95%+ of the time, you get 250e. I think that's balanced just fine, and Narcan would be unnecessary.
Your second suggestion here is actually pretty good. No notes on that one.

My od is only 2.22% so it doesn't really bother me per se.
This is just more for when you're stacking for a war and od.
It could in theory be a difference maker between winning and losing a war.
But im fine without it hahah
