FAILED FORUM :'-(

I APOLOGIZE IF I OFFENDED ANYONE I CREATED THIS FORUM AS A PLACE FOR PEOPLE TO FIND INFORMATION IN A SAFE, RESPECTFUL, AND HONEST ENVIRONMENT, AND I SEE NOW THAT THE GUIDELINES I HAD SET ARE TOO MUCH FOR GOOD PEOPLE TO FOLLOW I KNOW I CAN’T BAN OTHER PLAYERS FROM THE GAME I ONLY MEANT FROM THE FORUM AS IN OTHER WOULD GATHER WITH ME TO TRY AND ENSURE THIS PLACE WOULD REMAIN A GOOD ENVIRONMENT FOR WHICH I SEE I AM CLEARLY WRONG I WILL NO LONGER BE CHECKING THIS FORUM OR EVEN CONSIDERING THIS FORUM AS MINE I TRIED TO BE RESPECTFUL, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE AND WITH THAT BEING SAID I AM SORRY AND I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GOOD DAY GOODBYE.

My question is why bother, when an entire forum already exists for this?

Second question, who gives you the authority to rule Q&A?

I wanted to create a forum so that way it would help people get a better understanding to the questions instead of scrounging through the chaos to answer that may or may not be true, and as for your second question I just simply wish to keep things civilized and respectful to each other I myself may have no power completely, but I just wish to be kind to others and answer their questions for the needs they may have to the best of my knowledge, I meant no disrespect to anyone for the rules I placed I just wish to keep people safe in a friendly environment is all.

So what this is supposed to be a FAQ post?

Well to answer @Ken-Ichinaka I was planning to ask the person to stay off the forum just until things calmed down if there is an argument over anything, and to answer @Pdk the reason why I created the forum is for QnA but in an environment that is kind to one another and to help answer other peoples questions that they may have to be answered truthfully. And as for the ban I see now I was wrong to even suggest such a thing I know I have no power weather a person is banned or not I just wanted people to feel welcome and free to ask for help solving their questions in a place with no hate or or fear in the chats, and for that reason I will remove the ban part of the rules and I apologize for such a thing as such to begin with for I meant no hate or disrespect whatsoever for I only wished to help those in need that is all.

There are very few arguments and very little hate or fear in Q&A threads. Youre probably thinking of the General Discussion forum, where anything goes. Have a look at some of the Q&A threads. You'll see.

@Ken-Ichinaka I will see I am still relatively new at the game, and I am trying to learn how things work myself, and it’s been rough since I stared especially with the forums this is the first time I have been on them or did anything with them, and so I got the idea to make this one to not only learn myself, but so others can as well, but thank you for your help I will take a look at the other threads when I can.

Hello sir, from your responses you seem like a decent person, but as people are pointing out, this post is rather excessive. I get that your intention is good, and I appreciate your attempt at creating a safe and friendly space, but posting this, especially considering how new you are to the game, would not be very effective in achieving that you're trying to achieve. 

Also, reporting to the developers likely wouldn't do much either. If it works, then the person is violating Torn rules and the developers would've intervened regardless of whether it's in this post, making this post pointless. If the person is only violating rules that are exclusive to this thread, the developers are unlikely to intervene, which would still render your method useless.
