My faction was in a war and we had faction perks set to war mode. The travel inventory was reduced to 18 accordingly. I bought 18 flowers from UK. While I was on my way back to Torn, the faction perks changed and increased the travel capacity to 28.
Now, my travel inventory looks like the screenshot. The number of items is fine. But, the placment of items in it looks weird.
I am using chrome on android phone.
the slots in the travel inventory pertain to certain things. the last three in the list are your suitcase. so the addition of travel capacity fills the slots before the suitcase.
That is to be expected, each of the slot belongs to a certain perk and have a fixed location on the list that appears on your screen. Those three slots at the end belong to the "Suitcase" upgrade.
