I am reporting this on behalf of Jango420 [4248795]. They applied to my faction earlier today. On my end it says that their application was "Withdrawn". On their end it says that their application is pending so they cannot re-submit. Seems either the state of their application got desynced somewhere or someone is mistaken.

The have deleted their application and cannot resubmit their application to your faction again for 72 hours due to spam protection. You can turn off your applications and turn them back on to override the protection. They are not getting a pending notice, they are being told that they cannot resubmit the application for 72 hours.
