I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that many people have a particular game that they cherish or find very nostalgic and for me the game that comes to mind is
PIKMIN 2 🔴🔵🟡🟣⚪
Despite playing the first pikmin game in the series, I always found Pikmin 2 to be far more interesting and fun, pikmin 2 has more content and added 2 additional pikmin to the game.
THE PIKMIN
Adding to the main 3 pikmin provided red🔴 blue🔵 and yellow🟡 each possesing their own particular trait (red-fire 🔥 blue-water 💧 yellow-electric ⚡) as for the 2 new ones added are purple🟣 and white⚪ now despite purple being the color of poison they are instead the stronger 💪heavier 🪨 pikmin that allow them to lift far more then the rest and have the ability to stun enemy's. As for the white pikmin they have the ability to detect buried items, pass through and destroy poison and if they are eaten by enemy's (hopefully not 💀) they will cause poison damage leaving one last chance to take an enemy down, not to mention they are the only ones with big red eyes 🔴_🔴.
THE CAVES
The biggest and most obvious addition to pikmin 2 are the caves🕳. Unlike the first pikmin that only took place on the surface, the sequel has included cave exploration that you will need to take on to discover necessary 🌟plot progression🌟. (I won't delve into too deep to avoid spoilers😶) although some caves may be more dangerous then others that could include bosses or many traps!!💀
THE PLOT
Pikmins main plot for the first game involves the protagonist Olimar crash landing 🚀onto the planet 🌎PNF 404, with only 30 days of oxygen 😨you must relay on the help of the creature know as pikmin to retrieve the ship parts to repair the ship and return home. Unfortunately due to Olimar being lost for 30 days his company is in SERIOUS debt 💸 and the only way to get out of it is by returning to PNF 404 and collect treasure to pay it off💰. It's a pretty simple plot but quite fun with all the hurtles you have to overcome and enemy's standing in your way.
Pikmin 2 is an amazing game Unfortunately the price has gone up overtime but they have made a switch version for pikmin 1+2 combined, so i would highly recommend giveing it a try 😄
