Well if your a low stat player you get a percentage of what tge job pays in stat points based on your skills. The benefit of working for me is I employ a manager .... this gives your productivity a 30% boost meaning even if you qualify for very little stats .... you actually recieve 30% of whats avalible for the position. This is giant!!!!!!!!!
